She replanted a garden bed and lawn after a building project had dug it all up. She suggested and planted lovely ground cover over a septic area. She has knowledge of native plantings and was sensitive to my concerns about caring for the shore land on my property. “After our first winter and spring in our new home, which found us older folks barely able to get to our house safely over an icy parking area some distance away, and then so bogged down in mud that one car had to be abandoned for two weeks when the mud reached mid-way up its hub caps, we were desperate for design help to relocate the the parking area to a safer, more accessible location that would still be attractive. In a one hour consultation Lizabeth was able to appreciate the challenges of our situation and advise how best to proceed. The result has been fantastic! We now have parking right next to our house and we had a totally mud-free parking area this spring; in addition, not only did we not sacrifice the aesthetics, but the changes in elevation have provided us with a new and much more attractive view of our house from the side.
