Master Plan for Community Project - Massachusetts

Wanting to turn the existing 39-acre property from a somewhat unused farm into a thriving community space where there would be abundant vegetable gardens, orchards, pasture for farm animals, farm tours, and that hosted interns learning and working on numerous projects, a preliminary Master Plan was created to guide the growth and direction of the farm. A new building that incorporated teaching space and an industrial kitchen, provided an area to host a myriad of classes. Overflow parking for events was planned for and an extensive plant list and plan were created to provide both edible abundance and beauty.
